About the Client

Shanti is a writer, speaker, and justice reform advocate turned writing coach and creative mentor. We worked together on full brand development and website design to support her up-level into a new chapter of her business.

The VISION

Shanti was ready to take her work as a writing mentor to the next level. She needed a brand that felt grounded in her voice, reflective of her journey, and open enough to grow with her evolving offerings.

She wanted her site to feel clean, confident, and inviting—something that would resonate with soulful professionals, creatives, and aspiring writers seeking support in telling their stories. Shanti also had a very clear minimal aestetic she was drawn towards so the challenge was to bridge her love of nature and her essence with a clean life without it loosing feeling.

The Process

We began by anchoring into Shanti’s essence through Astrology and exploration: clean, soulful, fun, and grounded. From there, we:

• Developed a warm, modern brand with a grounded color palette and strong typography

• Designed a custom logo and visual system to reflect her unique voice and heritage, including a custom set of symbols for the different types of offers she has: writing circles, consultations, retreats and workshops.

• Wrote and structured copy that speaks directly from her essence to her ideal client with clarity and ease

• Transferred her domain from a previous, clunkier website hosting service and made sure everything was properly hooked up through the migration

• Built an easy to use Squarespace website with intuitive navigation and fully integrated call booking as well as an online shop for all of her workshops, writing circles and retreats.

• Infused the brand with subtle nods to her astrology (including strong Capricorn tones for legacy + Virgo energy for clarity, minimalism and service)

The transformation

Shanti’s new brand feels fully aligned with who she is now—no more make-shift site for a part-time gig. She’s confidently offering her mentorship to a growing audience, and her site gives her a professional yet deeply personal foundation to grow from.
