About the Client
When Hillary and her clinic manager came to me, they didn’t have a name for their new clinic. Hillary had been practicing Naturopathic Medicine for decades, but this was the start of a new chapter for her work. A new space, and expanded business, to serve her clients in a whole upgraded way. She was bringing her passion for helping people heal by meeting them exactly where they are at, with creating an environment that naturally supported their health journey at every step of the way.
The practice’s mission blends natural medicine with modern medicine, and treats every patient with the care they deserve.

The VISION
The goal for our work together was to create a new brand identity (including a practice name) and website to match the quality of service that her, the expanded team and new space offered. And to do it fast. The practice was already up and running and had a very specific modern, warm and feminine aesthetic so the branding was naturally going to be an extension of that.
Hillary wasn’t sure what she wanted for the website, and was way too busy with back to back clients to dive in with me, but between her previous website and her new physical location, we had enough to work with in order to get a clear vision.
The Process
We began with a kick-off questionnaire and a call to get the download of what needed to be created. I asked for a set of photos of the practice to be sent to me so I can hone in on the colors and feel. From there, we:
Spent a few weeks researching and going back and forth on name options. This was an important piece. We needed to make sure it was legally available and also a match for the essence of the practice.
Developed a color palette and branding that was in-sync with the office as well as the nature of the work and clientele - natural, warm (not sterile), modern, feminine (but not overly so – they work mostly with women)
Designed a custom logo and visual system that was both professional, and rooted in medical symbology as well as spoke to the warm, radiant essence of Flourish.
Wrote and restructured copy based on previous talks she had given as well as old website content that was still relevant.
Built an easy to use Squarespace website with intuitive navigation and fully integrated call booking as well as an easy to manage events section for special clinic offers, and room to grow into an online shop when the team is ready.
Migrated their client CRM into the new integrated Squarespace system to make it easy to email all their clients from one, easy to use place.
Build a few opt-in pages for specific doctors and offers in order to segment their client list for easy marketing in the future.
Created cohesive marketing materials, both print and digital, including business cards, IV menus, templated flyers and a branded newsletter they can just plug and play.
The transformation
Dr. Hillary’s new, up-leveled clinic, is now fully reflected in their new business website. Her and her team are free to focus on their fully booked practice, proving excellent care, while the website basically runs itself as their business card, clearly outlining who they are, what they stand for and how they do what they do.
